Summary
Occasionally, all agents stop running on some nodes.
Error Messages

Root Cause
In Pega Platform 7.1.7, AgentInfoUpdate was added which updates the distributed map (provided by Hazelcast) for agent landing page. The distributed map threw an exception which was not handled. This stopped the agent from running.
Resolution
For Pega 7.1.7, apply HFix-20586.
For best results, install or upgrade to Pega 7.1.8.
