Alignment of repeating grid in embedded section is not proper

Summary
User is showing repeating grid under tab group.
There are two layers of Tab group.
On select of tab in first tab Group, second tab group is shown. On select of tab in second tab group, repeating grid is shown which is present in a section.
The repeating grid is not aligned properly. There are unnecessary space between tab groups.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section.
2. Add a tab group.
3. In the section added for the tab should contain repeating grid.
3. Open the tab the repeating grid does not align properly.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The screen is not responsive since normal "layout" is used to configure the tab group.
The screen size is not getting adjusted based on the number of the rows in the repeat grid and empty space is displayed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the layout to dynamic layout for the section.
