Amount fields Format changes when Autocomplete value is changed

Summary
Amount fields (or) Percentage related fields format got changed to Incorrect format when value in autocomplete field is changed to another value.
Error Messages
Format of Amount field (or) Percentage field values change to incorrect format.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure autocomplete fields and amount related field in same section.
2. Enter values in both Autocomplete and in Amount field.
3. Now change value in autocomplete field and observe that format of Amount field value changes to incorrect format.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code as in procesOnBeforeSubmit API, pre-processing is done for entire reloadElement, thus format of decimal is getting lost.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27198.
