Application does not load correctly after adding ruleset

Summary
After adding the Pega-EndUserUI:08-02 ruleset, the application does not load correctly.
After removing the ruleset, the operator icon in the header is moved to the center rather than to the right.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Add the Pega-EndUserUI:08-02 ruleset in the application ruleset
- Launch the case worker portal
- Remove the Pega-EndUserUI:08-02 ruleset
Root Cause
After adding the ruleset, some Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) classes are changed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Navigate to the pyCWPortalHeader section
- Select the layout before the Search bar
- Open the layout properties and navigate to the Presentation tab
- Add the flex-grow class in cell read-write and read-only classes
