Summary

The user is using a field value to display the header value of a dynamic layout. This field value contains special characters like + and = .
These special characters are being converted to ASCII characters on screen.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a dynamic Layout with field value as title.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The Field Value text is getting encoded twice, for the title field, which is being referenced via a field value, having special characters in dynamic layout property panel, causing the text to appear in ASCII form. 

Resolution

Apply HFix-30120

Description Of Changes : The rule utility function gridheaderelements is being changed to use the escapeIntoJavaString utility instead.
