Assigned to WorkBasket in bulk actions shows all workbaskets

Summary
In the Bulk Action, Assigned to WorkBasket dropdown is showing all workbaskets that are not related to application in Pega 7.1.7.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into Case Manager Portal.
2. Run Bulk Actions.
3. In the Filter Properties, select Assigned to WorkBasket and check the filer values options coming up. It shows all the workbaskets present irrespective of the application.
