Summary

AttachScreenShot functionality is used in the application. This functionality works fine in few machines and does not work in few machines.

Error Messages

Screen Capture Feature was not loaded successfully

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the portal where the screen capture functionality exists.
2. Click Screen Capture button to load screen capture.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error: ActiveX controls are not installed. prScreenCapture.ocx is required to achieve the functionality which does not exist at, C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files folder.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Install the missed OCX controls. The OCX controls are shared along with Media; the path is :Media_Home\ResourceKit\Utilities\OCXInstaller\CabInstaller.zip.

1. Extract the CabInstaller.zip to local machine
2. Follow the steps in ReadMe.txt to install the plug-ins.
