The backing campaign could not be run



Error occurs when  executing a segment.

Error Messages

The backing campaign could not be run. Please review the outbound schedule and try again.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Edit the Outbound schedule to a date which is set a few minutes in the future.
  2. Save the Next Best Action (NBA).
  3. Navigate to Actions.
  4. Click Run.

Root Cause

The associated Campaign related to the NBA run was modified directly. Some Offers used in the strategy were not available anymore. This caused the NBA run failure.


As a local-change, create the missing Offers and validate the Campaign.
