Steps to Reproduce
Run BIX extract process from the command line using custom shell script
Root Cause
Issue manifests while running an extract process from the command line using custom shell script which does not load the required Process Commander application libraries to the classpath. This causes PRPC initialization failure during the BIX command line extraction process.

Resolution
Set the CLASSPATH explicitly using -classpath option in the custom BIX shell script for loading Process Commander application specific libraries and the JDBC driver jar file required for running an Extract Rule from the command line.
