Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX)  Extract is configured to run from command line, but it is failing with out of memory error.

Steps to Reproduce

Run BIX extract from command line.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. There is not enough memory for the Extract to run successfully.

Resolution

Make the following change to the operating environment: Increase the amount of memory given to the BIX command line extract process.
