BIX Extract rule filters are stripped off on bulk check-in

Summary
Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) rule filters are stripped off on bulk check-in. HFix-32803 works only for normal check-in.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an extract rule with the BIX module (output format CSV).
2. Add a filter criteria in the corresponding tab and save.
3. Check in using bulk options.
4. Close the tab of the Extract rule.
5. Reopen this rule.
6. Find the filter criteria tab is empty.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
An enhancement bug BUG-350602 as been raised for future releases.
