BIX Extract Target To Table Appending Page Name

Summary
There is a Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) extract where a To Table name is specified, but when generating the DDL or trying to run the extract it is appending the top level single page name to the specified to table name.
A new extract rule was created and a new page was created, but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Extract rule with a top level single page, with all other properties below that.
- Specify a To Table name.
- Generate the Extract DDL.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules caused the page name to be appended to the table name.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29404 to resolve this issue.
