Summary
A blank modal dialog displays on the screen while the user is inactive. The Timeout modal does not display according to the configured time for the two properties below,
- pyTimeoutTime
- pyTimeoutWarningWindow

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the pxsessiontimer in any portal .
- Set the desired timeout time.
Root Cause
Access had %5b, which meant '['. The URL formation was incorrect. As a result, multiple blank documents open.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Set the below code snippet in the prconfig file,
<env name="initialization/urlencryption" value="true"/>
