Blank rows display on grid refresh

Summary
Blank rows display on grid refresh while using table layout. Initially, 100 rows of data display on the grid. However, 50 rows display after refreshing the grid despite the presence of 100 records (50 blank rows and 50 records with data).

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a table layout to load from a datapage which can be loaded for different search criteria
- Load the datapage for different search criteria passed as parameter
- Clear the datapage every time before loading new data. Blanks rows display on the grid when the number of rows is lesser than the number of rows which populate during the previous search
Root Cause
The current screen references the data page which the user intends to flush. Hence, the data page is not cleaned correctly after every flush.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Refresh the grid
- Flush the data page which deleted the instance that is referred on the current screen
- Load the data page with new data which displays on the screen with the Refresh section
