Blank space in UI 'Create Quick Correspondence' local action

Summary
Blank space in UI between the header and content when using the "Create Quick Correspondence" local action.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Claim file.
2. Open Claim file.
3. Go to actions drop-down.
4. Select 'Create Quick Correspondence' under 'Obtain Police Report'. There is a gap between the Header "Create Quick correspondence" and the UI elements.
Root Cause
HTML : Work-.ActionInitNotifyQuick references CorrEdit HTML fragment.
The CorrEdit HTML fragment initializes an ActiveX object having style 'Visibility: hidden'.
Resolution
Update the style as below:
