Summary
Case Contents gadget's performance degrades when the application opens all the child work items to build the Case Contents page. The application has about 50 subcases.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a parent case with multiple child cases.
- Close the parent case.
- Enable the Tracer to reopen the parent case. While building the Case Contents page, BLOB is read for reading the child cases.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-50159.
