Borders not getting displayed for HTML to PDF conversion

Summary
Borders defined for each cell in a repeating grid layout are not getting displayed when the section is converted to PDF using HTMLToPDF activity.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section within a repeating list
- Set a border through inline styles
- Create an HTML rule and refer the section there using a similar tag: <pega:include name="SectionName" type="Rule-HTML-Section"/>
- Call HTMLToPDF passing the HTML stream as parameter.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is "pd4ml.jar" does not support this functionality in the older version.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-10098.
