Summary
After updating to Pega 7.4, in Designer Studio, the Built On input for the application screen does not render in the Internet Explorer 11 browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install Customer Service for Insurance.
- Launch Application Definition page in Internet Explorer. Empty grids display.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
pyGridNoResultsMessage section used the optimized code instead of the legacy code for dynamic layouts.
Resolution
Apply HFix-47558.
