Busy indicator displays continuously

Summary
A case is refreshed with a few empty mandatory fields. After validating the popup about the mandatory field, the busy indicator displays continuously. This occurs in the Case Worker portal.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case using Pega Designer Studio.
- Add a mandatory field in the first section.
- Open the pyCaseWorker portal and create an instance of this case.
- Leave the mandatory field empty.
- Click the Refresh button. The Popup with the mandatory field displays.
- Validate the popup and click anywhere on the screen. The busy indicator displays.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
On the section which contains the principal dynamic container (pyCaseWorker for the out-of-the-box User portal), uncheck the 'Render as Single page' checkbox.
Alternatively,
- Open the pyWorkActionsPerform rule.
- Save the rule to the current ruleset.
- Select the 'Disable submit on refresh' checkbox for the current harness.
