Summary

As per the documentation, CPM7.1.3 is officially supporting Case Designer features and is even deprecating using the CPM Service Process Accelerator. Class PegaComm-FW-CPMCFW-Work-Cover- is missing in the CPMC layer.

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

This is not a product defect, the class is not missing in the CPMC layer. If you see the inheritance of the Work class in CPMC , it would indirectly inherit from Work-Cover-.  When your class group is inherited from Work-Cover- by default it supports all the Case Designer features.
