Change of color for a particular property

Summary
I want to change the color of the particular property, so what ever value given to the property dynamically will be reflected in the UI in the color mentioned.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Informed Customer to create a Custom control with required customization, such as text color and background-color and use it in property.
