Chat copy-paste behaves incorrectly for multiple images for the below scenarios:
- Error message displays on copying two images from thumbnails back to back and clicking Send RTE Images
- Error message displays on copying image from thumbnail, adding text and clicking Send
Error Messages
pyLogEntries:DATA-CONTENT-IMAGE !!/RTEIMAGES/ does not exist‘
Steps to Reproduce
Search for an image on the browser, click the image to preview and perform the below steps:
- Copy two images from thumbnails back to back and click Send RTE Images. The error message displays
- Copy image from thumbnail, add a text and click Send. The error message displays
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The use cases are not supported. The codes must be changed as per the usecase.
Resolution
Apply HFix-60997.
