Chat server related error occurs in the console.


Error Messages



Error 1: unhandledRejection undefined
Error 2: could not parse<stream:stream xmlns:stream="http://your.yourchattool.org/streams" xmlns="yourchat:client" version="1.0" id="5b0c8f530f508a5e104dcb28137af9fc" from="ourdevserver">


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up the chat server for Pega Chat 7.4.
  2. Start a chat conversation for a Visitor and an Agent.


Root Cause

  1. Unhandled rejections occurred because an error was not captured on the Promise chains. 
  2. XML parsing errors occurred from the XMPP library used in the chat server.

Resolution



This will be resolved in a future release.of the product. The errors do not block usage of the product.
