In the log:
An error occured during resolving the report definition - One of the filter conditions involving the following unoptimized property is not allowed, since it can severely degrade performance: OperatorID.Property in class Data-Admin-Operator-ID. Revise the filter conditions or optimize the property.

Steps to Reproduce
Filter a column on the portal.
Root Cause
Used a join condition on an unoptimized property in a report definition.
Resolution
Apply the following local change:- Create the below dynamic system setting:
Owning Ruleset: Pega-Engine
Setting Purpose: prconfig/reporting/usestreaminjoinconditions/default - Set the value to True
