Chinese characters export as junk characters on exporting data

Summary
On exporting data from a data type in the Records tab, the Chinese characters export as junk characters on opening the comma-separated values (CSV) file in Excel.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Configure records for a data type containing chinese characters
- Click Export and check the downloaded CSV file
Root Cause
This is an expected behaviour. On opening the downloaded CSV in Notepad++ (or any other UTF-8 supported editor), data displays correctly with Chinese characters. However, on opening CSV using Excel, Excel adds some special characters to it.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Open Microsoft Excel
- Navigate to the Data tab > From Text
- Select the downloaded CSV File and click 'Import'
- Set the file origin as 65001: Unicode(UTF-8)
- Click Load or Finish
