Clicking on Audit link shows error

Summary
When user tried to open a work object, user was presented with the status "Error: Flow Not At Task". Upon clicking the audit link, it shows the error message "Temporary work objects do not support this feature." User is requesting assistance to recover this work object and close it.

Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. Design issue at customer end, they are submitting inconsistent work object information.
