Summary
Pega Customer Service for Insurance 7.21 (CCSI) application settings Data transform has .PortalCobrowsingEnabled set as “true” which might throw errors for users who would not opt for Co-browse along with CSI.
Error Messages
When a user does not have co-browse as part of their application but has .PortalCobrowsingEnabled set as “true” in application DT, they would receive some exception errors like CoBrowse key is not found or CoBrowse token is invalid.

Root Cause
Data transform has .PortalCobrowsingEnabled set as “true” which might throw errors for users who would not opt for Co-browse along with CSI.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32650.
