Summary

Developer created a coaching tip and associated it to a coaching tip association. The coaching tip is not displayed when they launch the portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a coaching tip from Designer studio.
2. Create a coaching tip association from Designer studio.
3. Log into the portal  and create a case.
4. Observe that coaching tip is not displayed.

Root Cause

Developer has not configured coaching tips in proper class and not with a proper name as that of FlowAction name.

Resolution

Suggested the following configuration. 

Coaching tip configuration:
         Coaching tip name must be the name of flow action and coaching tip association name should be the name of the flow action and name of the flow(in the place of flow type). And relevant class in which the flow exists should be given.
 
Note: From LiveUI, we can get the name of the flow action name and then the flow action.
