Container does not occupy the complete space in mobile device

Summary
When launching a modal dialog, data does not occupy the entire space. This occurs in mobile devices.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure the modal dialog from button click on grid.
Root Cause
The height and width is calculated at runtime. Since they are set to auto, the extra space displays.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Uncheck the 'Display as full screen on mobile device' checkbox.
