Steps to Reproduce
- Add privlige pxScenarioTesting to the User Access role
- Launch the portal
- View the Test Tool icon
- Click the icon
- Verify the open wizard. The Create Test Case button is disabled
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Open User Role and update the role with the UpdateLimitedForm privilege.
