Summary

When user double clicks on the wrap up of an interaction, an error message is displayed.

Error Messages

This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go through the Identification and verification process and navigate to the Interaction Manager portal.
2. Double click the wrap up button.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
In early release of CPM 7.1.3, Wrap up action in CPMInteractionDriver was configured as Link. With current implementation, links were not disabled as soon as the user clicks on them and they were getting error "This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction." on multiple click simultaneously.
​This issue is addressed as part of HFix-20542 where WrapUp is configured as button in CPMInteractionDriver.

Resolution

Install HFix-20542 and perform the below local-change if the issue persists.

Verify if in Wrap Up button both Click and Double Click events are configured by same action. Remove the double click event in this case.
