CTI Link Engine for Cisco ICM conference issue with D party name

Summary



When using the CTI Link Engine for Cisco ICM, spurious parties beginning with the letter D are sometimes listed on conferences. It may not be possible to drop these parties from the conference.

Failed to drop the party [D123456]

Steps to Reproduce



Use CTI link Engine for Cisco ICM.


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product, Cisco ICM.


Resolution



If the party name begins with the letter 'D', then the issue is caused by a Cisco limitation and therefore this issue cannot be fixed inside PRPC.
