CTICall Property Not Found in Inheritance Path PegaApp-Work-

Summary
In user application the Intent class “..-Work-ReviewClaimHistory” inherits from PegaCA-Work. PegaCA-Work is inherited from “PegaApp-Work-“. On using the property “CTICall” which exists in “PegaApp-Work-“in Default Data transform of “..-Work-ReviewClaimHistory”, this existed in PRPC 6.2, a rule not found error is thrown in Pega 7.x.

Steps to Reproduce
Use the CTICall property in Data tarnsform.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The ruleset in which this property existed is no more used and is discontinued.
Resolution
The property needs to be saved in user's custom rule set.
As per the upgrade guide https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pegacall-71-upgrade-guide-0 , any customization or in this case re-using PegaAppCTI ruleset functionalities, user must refactor them into the implementation layer.
