Custom HTML questions behaving different on read only

Summary
Radio buttons for Custom HTML Questions on read only screens, do not display the selected option. Instead, the read only screen displays the disabled radio buttons. However, for Question formats such as Rich HTML, only the selected option value displays.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the system.
- Configure a survey flow such that answers are entered in the first screen and the answers are reviewed in the second screen.
- Submit the answers.
- Proceed to the next screen. Custom HTML questions on the read only screens display the disabled radio buttons instead of the selected option.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In Radio Question template, the Disable condition is used for a read-only survey. As a result, the behavior is inconsistent for different scenarios.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Override the 'SimpleQuestionRadio' template section.
- In the radio button property panel's Presentation tab, select read only when 'IsSurveyReadOnly'.
