Dashboard List view filter does not work in IE version 8

Summary
Dashboard List view filter is not working in IE version 8 browser.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- In the dashboard open a list view and filter any value.
- Click on the filter icon.
No other options to filter or un-filter displays. User must either refresh the screen or open a new screen.
Users see the issue on IE 8. However it works fine in Chrome.
Root Cause
The Filter in the ListView is not working properly in IE 8 version.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-20742 hotfix.
