Dashboard screen fluctuates while opening tabs

Summary
User implemented few charts configuration on UI screen. When the user logs into the portal, the Dashboard displays medical and dental tabs with few charts. User observes some fluctuating behavior while opening some Dashboard tabs.
Error Messages
No error message.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create any few pie/column 3D/2D charts on portal.
2. Observe how these charts are getting displayed on the portal window while launching the portal.
Root Cause
Charts present in dynamic container or Tabbed Layout have issues with resizing. Chart resizing is taken care by Fusion library, which is a third party API.
Resolution
To avoid the resizing problem, use charts outside the tab container, like in a free form layout.
