Data does not update in the repeating dynamic layout on refreshing the section.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure two sections, A and B
- Configure a repeating dynamic layout in section A and a grid in section B
- Launch a local action from section B
- Refresh the sections A and B
Root Cause
Refresh of the section occurs before the new data is present in the clipboard. When a refresh is performed explicitly, the data in UI is submitted to the grid and not the other way around.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Change the property value to read-only value instead of making it disabled. On making it read-only, the value will not be submitted to the server as input tag will not be generated for the same.
