Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Create a new case.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Set the IsClusterUpgrading Dynamic System Setting (DSS) to false.
- Restart the JVM.
