Summary

A standard DateTime and text input controls are used in a section. When a value is entered inside text input and the date picker is clciked, while focus is on text input, the date cannot be selected using date picker. There are two fields in this section. When the text is entered inside first control and the date picker is chosen while marker is inside first control, it works fine. The issue occurs if an action is added to an OnChange event of the text input. After adding Refresh this section action to text input, the issue occurred again. However, it works fine if the post refresh action is removed from text input.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start typing values inside text input control. Do not click anywhere on the screen after the entering the values. The focus must be inside the text input.
2. Click date picker.
3. Observe that the date cannot be selected from date picker.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Apply HFix-28261.
