Date selected using date picker not get updated on Clipboard

Summary
On selecting a date from the Date or Calendar picker, the selected date is not updated on the Clipboard. This occurs in the Standard mode. In the Legacy mode, the Clipboard updates immediately.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a property of type Date. The Date picker control inherits the type from this property.
- On the control, add an OnChange event and Post Value to the Clipboard.
- On the Actions tab, use the Standard Mode.
- Select a date from the Date picker at runtime.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Datetimecalendar.js file Change event was not initiated with pega.util.Event.fireEvent(this.dateField,"change".
Resolution
Apply HFix-45506.
