DateTime in History tab shown is incorrect during DST

Summary
For Daylight Saving, the DateTime in the History tab must display at 01:30 CET (instead of 02:30 CET).
The earlier cases (in European winter time) are automatically submitted at 23:30 GMT or 00:30 CET.
In the European summer, the time must be 23:30 GMT<unchanged> or 01:30 CET.

Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
The time in the portal is adjusted according to the operator timezone. When the operator is in Europe/Berlin timezone, the time difference between Europe/Berlin and GMT is 2 hours which is (GMT+2).
According to this, there is a two-hour time difference and the portal displayed the time correctly.
