Default autocomplete values are not localized

Summary
Default autocomplete values such as 'Leave blank' and 'Use <value>' are not localized.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the autocomplete field with Results display 'In a list' and 'Allow free-form input'.
- Create a Field value pyCaption Leave blank in @baseclass and translate it (for example, Оставить пустым).
- Open the form with the configured field.
- Set focus to this field and press the Down arrow key. Result list displays 'Leave blank' instead of 'Оставить пустым'.
Root Cause
The 'Leave Blank' and 'Use <value>' values included by default are hardcoded in the webwb.autocompleteag.js.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-25972, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
