Default Pega reports screen does not load completely

Summary
On launching any report from a link using the Run Report in the Actions tab and clicking Edit, the Report page does not load completely.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update Pega Platform 7.1 to Pega Platform 7.4.
- Launch any report from the link using the Run Report from the Actions tab.
- On the Open report, click 'Edit Report'. A new screen launches. The newly launched screen with the DataExplorer and charts does not display in full screen and is restricted only to the top of the screen.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
A tab based layout with a dynamic container was configured in the Main portal layout. While opening a new report, a new iFrame was generated in the new tab whose height was calculated incorrectly. This caused the distortion.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In the dynamic container, uncheck the 'Size to content' checkbox.
