Delegated SLA does not save business day checkbox

Summary
A delegated SLA is updated to select the 'Only calculate using business days' checkbox for the Goal and Deadline. The checkboxes display on the Manage Change screen. When the rule is viewed in Designer Studio, only the Goal checkbox is checked. The Deadline checkbox is not checked.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an SLA and uncheck the 'Only calculate using business days' checkbox for the Goal and Deadline.
- Delegate the rule.
- Navigate to Change Management or Configuration from the Manager portal.
- Checking the 'Only calculate using business days' checkbox for both the Goal and Deadline, to edit the new SLA.
- After saving the rule, return to Designer Portal and view the new SLA rule. The Deadline does not have the checkbox checked.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
TempOpenPage.pyEscalations(Deadline).pyInBusinessDays remains false.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49068.
