Delete report function issue

Summary
When user is trying to delete a report by right clicking and then delete , then there is Status fail error message displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
Open Case Manager portal->Click on report tab->Right click on a report-> try to delete report->there is error displayed.
Root Cause
The issue is because the base reference parameter for process action is passed as null.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: The base reference is passed as null due to the customizations at the user end. Changing the RBRightPanelContainer to PZRBRightPanelContainer in PYCMReports solved the issue.
