Deleted page is getting re-created again with Pega 7.1.9.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Perform property-Remove on a pagelist property.
2) In the other step, add a When condition as :
@(Pega-RULES:Utilities).IsInPageList("00000", "01011",Primary.Test)
3)As soon as the When condition, executes successfully, the pagelist property Test is getting recreated in the user scenario.
Root Cause
The parse rule of new assembler.
Resolution
Set dss setting : switchtooldassembler to True.
