Dev studio is not working correctly. Activity tabs, Parameters,

Summary
When accessing the developer portal using the fully qualified URL, developers see the following problems:
-Existing lists on the parameters and pages and classes tabs do not populate.
-For some rule types the "Add a row" button for the above lists does not work.
-Any values added in those lists do not persist after save.
The behavior occurs with various rule types, including Activities, Sections, and Flow Actions. When accessing the system using the direct IP address the issues do not occur.

Steps to Reproduce
Open an activity and view/update the parameters or pages and classes tab.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment: Add the fully qualified URL to the list of trusted sites in the browser settings.
