Discrepancy in document indicator for RC 4837

Summary
Whenever Reason Code 4837 is selected from Choose a Reason Code option the Document Indicator in the Chargeback screen, then the Document Indicator in Chargeback Snapshot are not synchronized.
The Chargeback Document Indicator in the Chargeback Snapshot is blank for a Document Indicator set to 1 or 0 in the Chargeback screen.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select Reason Code 4837 from Choose a Reason Code.
2. Answer "Had the account been closed” question as “No”.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30885.
