Dropdown Values are displayed at the top of the page

Summary
Drop Down comes at invalid position and away from where it gets clicked. Also the drop down is missing the CSS.
Error Messages
None.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a use case scenario with dynamic select in 6.2sp2.
2. Create a R-A-P and migrate the same to 7.1.6.
3. Launch the portal and check.
Root Cause
The application rulesets point to the older versions of PegaRules. Hence, the new features are unavailable, which causes this issue.
Resolution
It was recommended to update application rulesets to point to the latest version of PegaRules.
There were a lot of rulesets and manually changing each of them was not possible and hence added Pega-ProcessCommander:07-10-99 to the latest open rulesets where development is being done. Updating the dynamic select to the new DropDown helped resolve the issue.
