Summary
Pega Product Composer System (PCS) for Healthcare 7.21 is installed on Pega 7.2.
When upgrading to PCS 7.31 on Pega 7.3, duplicate data objects are available for Plan and Bundle.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Duplicate Plan objects for the same Plan are provided with 01-01 each. This is incorrect. All plans must be of different versions, of the same Plan.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45347.
